"Stayed in this apartment for 2 years from 2017 to 2019. This is a pretty basic apartment with tiles and wooden floors well maintained by an in house manager and his mom, they respond to issues pretty quickly. Water, gas and electricity comes with the rent. Only con I felt is the building and the utilities are old but they work as expected."
