"Lived here with my dog for two years. You don’t find a lot of places with this much greenery. It’s great for strolling outside, meeting neighbors, walking your dog, or for a child to play. The managers are sweet to boot!"

"I lived here for about three years. The grounds are gated and secure. The building is old, but maintenance is done frequently and any problems are dealt with immediately. Most of the residents are Asian. There are many small children and it is a safe place to live, but it can be a little noisy at times. There is a Japanese food supermarket nearby, which is convenient for Asian people."

"I lived here a long time ago (2011) and I have really fond memories of this place. Judging from online photos, it looks mostly the same. It was always very clean, quiet, well maintained, and SAFE despite the neighborhood being sketch. I loved all the green space in the courtyard, it felt like a nice little community once you got inside the gates. I would definitely recommend as a nice place to live."

This one was a tad more, but with the gated parking/complex I was sold. Community is very nice and quiet. Management is attentive. Very happy with our current setup."
