"Genuinely such a great place to live. Before I moved in, I was recommended by three people to look into the 505 and after I toured it, I knew I didn’t want to live anywhere else. The facilities are beautiful and the security is fantastic, but the best part about the complex is it’s management. The amount of activities that they host for us residents and the kindness that they show us every time we enter and exit the building. I recommend that any student who goes to USC try to secure a lease here!!"

"This is the best place I’ve ever lived. Friendly, efficient staff. Carlos, the security guard is so kind to every tenant and maintenance requests are speedy. You can’t hear anything through the walls. One of the only buildings in the area that allows pets. Gym, study room, and other amenities are modern and nice. Units are so nice. Big shower with great water pressure, nice kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In unit washer dryer is so convenient. Tons of natural light and tall ceilings. Seriously no complaints!"

"After not knowing where I’d be staying for the school year, we walked into the 505 met the amazing staff and saw the even better building and amenities I knew exactly where I was going to stay. With the help of everyone there they quickly helped sign my lease and move in. The best security guard Carlos always greets you when you come in and out and truly makes the place feel like home. After looking at many buildings and rooms around USC, the 505 was by far the best place to move in and I wouldn’t pick anywhere else!"

"I've lived at the 505 for 2 years now and have absolutely loved it! The amenities are great - I use the gym and study rooms here all the time and have rented out the activities room for club parties which has worked great. The management is super helpful, the doormen Carlos and Achmed are super friendly, maintenance requests are handled quickly, the rooms are huge and very nice, it's close to campus - can't say enough good things about 505, I'd highly suggest living here."
