"Where do I begin. When I moved in here a year and a half ago Moe and his team were not here. Although the previous leasing manager and his team were very nice nothing compares to Moe and his team. The nicest man I have met in a long time. Always pleasant, kind, considerate, helpful, nice, knowledgeable, professional, and in general just a lovely person. Everything Moe does is with the utmost care and consideration to the tenants here. I should have written this review a long time ago. The owners of this building are so so lucky to have him here. And then there is Luis. Always has a smile on his face and goes the extra mile to help. It is so nice to be able to live somewhere where the tenants care is most important. They are the gold star for how a Company should be run and I feel so lucky to have met both of these guys and to be able to live here."

"I’m not sure what this Ellie Holmes person is talking about. I have lived at Picasso for a long time. I knew the previous management, Greystar, and I know the current management Cirrus. I absolutely love and adore the manager of the building. I actually waited when the previous management company Greystar was leaving to see if I would get along with the new manager from Cirrus. I am needy and wanted to make sure the new company was on it. The new manager Kavell wound up being so nice and helpful and impressive I decided to stay in the building. Kavell and the management team always respond to emails promptly and have gone above and beyond to make my experience here at Picasso amazing. Even when I was dealing with some personal issues the management was caring and kind and understanding. As far as the property, the pool heater was broken when the last management company was here and when Kavell and Cirrus got here, they fixed it immediately. I would live here for as long as Kavell and Cirrus manages the property. 10/10 would recommend! Picasso treats their tenants right. Plus, if you aren’t getting an email response as fast as you need, you can literally go downstairs and talk to the manager. He literally sits there all day long ready to assist any tenant with whatever they need. The management company is onsite... Instead of writing a one star review just go downstairs and talk to them? Unless you can’t walk? I love Picasso and the management team "

"I’m not generally someone who takes the time to write a review but the leasing/management team more than deserves it! Picture someone new to the area with less than 5 days to find a place. That was me! Eunis and Lydia went above and beyond for me to make this happen. Never once did they pressure me or stopped being genuine. I looked at so many units but their customer service didn’t compare. I’m so happy with my decision and will be eternally grateful for Picasso. Thanks again!"

"Eunice and Oliver are so responsive, kind, and professional! They already remember our names, our reserved unit number, and specific information about our needs. I'm so impressed by this because we are moving from across the country and have not actually met them face-to-face yet. It's clear that they pay attention and care about their future tenants. Thanks to their flexibility and quick response time, they have made this whole apartment pre-leasing experience very easy for us. I have talked with so many leasing agents around LA beforehand but the Picasso Brentwood team is the best! On top of this, the apartments look beautiful (quart countertops, fancy cabinets, stainless steel appliances, etc.), have amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, co-working space, fitness center, etc), and rent is really great for a BRAND NEW apartment in Brentwood. I'm super excited to live here and I really can't thank the Picasso Brentwood team enough for all of their efforts!
