"Isaac once again came to the rescue. A power issue plagued the apartment and Isaac tirelessly and happily worked on it for two days. It was a joy to have him working on the problem. And not in any way an imposition. He cared about both his work and the potential to disrupt me equally. He’s observant and very detail orientated, choosing to not leave something unfinished no matter how long it takes. He clearly enjoys the problem solving as well as people. So whenever something inevitably goes wrong I’m actually happy to get to see Isaac. Thank you Isaac."
"It was around 6:30pm when I got home, prior to which I had briefly seen Isaac (maintenance) walking in the hallway. I unlocked my door and then, upon pulling my key out, it broke off and got stuck in my door. I immediately ran back down the hallway to find him and got so lucky that I did. He removed the lock and tried so hard to extract the key. When he couldn’t, he stayed extra long to make a new lock and key for me (even though he should have been off). It was a surprise because he told me it wouldn’t be able to get done until tomorrow (during which my schedule would be uncertain). This whole ordeal took maybe 1.5 hours. The whole time, he was incredibly sweet and relaxed, reassuring me through my concerns and answering all my questions. Without his help, there’s no telling what could’ve happened (we had already been robbed once). Needless to say, I’m so incredibly grateful for him. His warm smile always greets me in the halls, but this is the first time I’ve really gotten to see how incredible of a human he is."
"Really had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding maintenance service provided by Chris in my apartment. I encountered issues with both the sink and dishwasher, Chris promptly addressed these issues with remarkable efficiency and skill!! Also his friendly demeanor and positive attitude made the entire experience pleasant :)"
"Isaac the handyman exceeded my expectations! His professionalism, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving skills are commendable. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. This apartment complex is filled with issues and without Isaac i would find this place unlivable."
"I would give this place a 1 star due to the frequent issues but Issac consistently comes to the rescue. He’s always on time and really cares about the tenants and their Glendon experience. Thank you Isaac!!!"
