"Please renters beware the management and the owning company does not do repairs or maintain these 11 buildings. I've lived here for 10 years and have paid my own renovations. I've been dealing with a pipe burts caused by their bad mickey mouse work which has lead to extensive mold growing all over and currently spreading everywhere in my unit and has consumed everything it touches. My kids have asthma and it has made us all sick. The Departament of Environmental Health has been fighting them back and forth for repairs to be done and they have ignored all notices. It has been about 9 months and nothing has been done. This building doesn't have hot water neither and people have been needing to constantly re-set the water heater just to have some hot water. Common areas are always dirty, there's always dogs and kids running around, and we have not had a manager on site for a few years.Just save yourselves the trouble and go to a better place."
"Wish the building was more taken care of. Wish we had a manger on site to take care of tents needs faster. More security would be nice . Also it’s hard to get a hold of the property office for any needs."
"Leasing agent, Vielka was amazing ! She took her time to show me various available apartments . She was thorough with questioning what were my needs and concerns . Maintenance team is great as well. All request are met swiftly. Thank you so much. We are very happy I’m out new home. Great choice for our first apartment ❤️"
"two years ago, it was better... since being here, management has changed 3-4 times. Maintenance was okay then, but recently for the last 7-8 months it has been lacking or non existence. Only 2 maintenance people to serve at least an hundred or more apartments. I'm sure that upper; management is aware of this and should do more to resolve issues. Recently, plumbers came in an tore holes in the walls... the people who patched up the holes definitely were not professional. the walls look terrible."
"Love my apartment from the collection at Baldwin. I was skeptical at first because there were no pictures of the apartment but as soon as I walked in I fell in love, a completely renovated apartment, basically brand new! Leasing Agent Vielka was amazing! She toured me around the neighborhood and then the apartment! And she answered all of my hundreds of questions! She made the leasing process feel so easy, so grateful for her hard work and dedication. Thank you so much Vielka!"
