Tuscany Apartments

"The apartments at Tuscany are clean and spacious, good enough for students. However, multiple times during the school year you find yourself without wifi, or running water. Alarms are also being tested a lot very early in the morning. The real problem is the management, if you have any problem with your lease or deposit, forget the emails, they never answer. If you call, it probably won’t change anything unless you can see them in person. They owe me my deposit since August 1st, and it’s been over 3 months. Let alone say that I’ve never heard from the manager to resolve the problem."

"Don’t do it gang. I went with Tuscany because I didn’t want to have a traditional college dorm experience. Unfortunately that is exactly what I got at double the price. They don’t even have an actual show room, so you don’t really know what you’re getting into when you tour. I didn’t take it as a red flag cus I was liking the sunshine california vibe of the place with all the palm trees and pool. But the reality is the Tuscany experience is very dingy, and smelly with no sunshine. The actual rooms might as well not have windows. The rooms are just as cramped and dark as you would expect from a traditional college dorm. The quality of the furniture in shared spaces is really poor especially the leather chairs/sofas which are very gross. Fire alarms are always going off for no reason, and they’re always doing maintenance on the water for the rare chance it’ll literally turn BLACK. You’re also just chilling with cockroaches every now and then, and me personally I’m not down for that. The worst offenders are the building washing machines which are even more disgusting (when they’re working). They often leak putrid liquid which smells and looks like sewage. This means residents need to resort to a brutal battle royal for the few remaining machines. I’m all for that romanticized disgusting apartment lifestyle. But I am NOT willing to pay top dollar for it, and if you aren’t either then please avoid. Don’t succumb to the same cope I did. There are better places for WAY cheaper."

"I recently moved into this apartment complex and I have to say, it's been a fantastic experience so far. From the moment I first walked into the leasing office, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to show me around the property and answer all of my questions. The apartment itself is beautiful - it's spacious, clean, and modern. I was pleasantly surprised by the high-end finishes and appliances, which make the space feel luxurious. The community amenities are also really great. The gym is well-equipped and always clean, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing on a hot day. One thing I appreciate about this complex is the sense of community here. There are always fun events. It's a great way to meet your neighbors and get involved in the community. Overall, I'm very happy with my decision to move here. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the apartments and amenities are the best. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home."

"My daughter moved in with her roommate last week and so far so good. It was actually much better than I expected, particularly compared with USC dorm. Haven't needed customer service yet but hopefully they will be responsive and responsible when needed."
