"If you plan on moving here , might wanna check everything in the apartment you’re planning on renting . Not worth the price they charge for rent … and if you put in a request for repairs …good luck you’ll be waiting awhile … also check for black mold in your apartments as well … glad we left the state .. do better Tuscany. Also I was told to give a 5 star rating cause they were getting reviewed .. sorry I’m not gonna rate something 5 stars if it don’t deserve it …. Good luck to you folks …you can find better"

"Ron our maintenance guy is quick, knowledgeable, and always very sweet! Whenever we have an issue he comes right away to get it done! We’ve lived here for about 4 years and I really like it! Mara and Tino are always great! The washer and dryers were a pain since they’re breaking down but Mara finally got the company to give us some new ones! The neighbors are also super cool!"
