Reviews of Vinz on Fairfax
"Staff is amazing - kind and always going above and beyond. My two star review is a rate of overall value. One star for the amazing staff and one star for the actual apartment room/appliances/flooring etc. I didn’t do my due diligence when moving in. Feel free to negotiate your base rent using these points if you choose to move in: There is no guest parking - your guests pay a fee as if they’re visiting the grove The back gate doesn’t work every other month They do not provide itemized bills of your bills - the trash bill here is ridiculously high (average $85/month) and it’s not even valet trash? When I inquired about the high trash fees, I learned it’s a shared community cost - so when someone improperly throws away trash I.E. a resident moves out and leaves furniture on the sidewalk Vs properly dispensing, you’re paying for the property to remove it. You are consequently charged for others negligence. They accidentally over charged me for the water bill (later corrected) but, still, the time taken to check and email is so inconvenient. You’re better off paying the extra $200/month and living at the One Museum Apartments. They come with actual security 24/7, free espresso/coffee machine in lobby, full Equinox-inspired gym, rooftop pool/hangout area and all your guests get free parking in a gated garage. Not to mention, it’s closer to the grove, park, etc. Vinz is on a busy street (windows are not properly sealed so you can hear the loud traffic 24/7, and the shades don’t block out the street side lights, I have to wear earplugs and an eye mask every night and I can STILL hear the traffic through my plugs) so logistically (traffic getting into the apartment) too, this place is not the best bang for your buck."
"in these devices there lives a bad person who orders a service and when it arrives she cancels it, this bad customer's name is KS"
"I am moving on September 1, and I love the place. The people in the leasing office are wonderful, polite, and helpful. Vans on Fairfax is one of the most elegant apartments I have looked at during my long, arduous work trying to find a place suitable for me. I love their decor. It’s very futuristic, and I love the way they have. Their townhouse is incorporated into the community. Vinz on Fairfax is also located in what I consider one of the best locations in Los Angeles."
"The Vinz staff are constantly working hard to ensure the residents here are well taken care of. The property manager Marie goes up and past beyond to make sure the high standards of her residents are met. The assistant manager Korine makes sure she is able to handle whatever load that is thrown her way and also to be a sound support to Marie. Josh does a great clean up job at being a team player and stepping in wherever he is needed whether it is answering calls and showing units off to potential new residents. I would highly recommend this propriety to any of my friends and or anybody looking for a highly well run and clean apartment building."
"I moved here a month ago after 17 months at Palazzo West. I really like it here. Location: I have easy access to Olympic Boulevard so I can get to Century City easily. And San Vicente takes me all the way up to Sunset. Community: It is a higher-end community, with a lot of working adults in their 20s and 30s - a mix of hip-hop agents, trendy gay men, sexy newly relocated New Yorkers, and the like. It's a newer community, with higher-end finishes, attentive maintenance staff, and the rest of the community staff is really just amazing (a huge difference from my last place). Luckily it seems that it's not very transient (think former Instagram influencers) Amenities: Clean adult pool, hot tub, lounge areas, clubhouse, well-equipped gym (hopefully it'll reopen again, covid and all). It has some issues (as every community has) but so far it's been great."
