"My partner moved in here as of October, and there is still no hot water. Their current solution is to have tenants run the water until it warms up, at best it is lukewarm, never hot. Sometimes it gets well over one hour before the water is even lukewarm. This is a terrible and abhorrently wasteful “solution.” We’re unable to wash dishes, because the kitchen sink never gets hot. This is a sanitation violation. They continue to charge hot water utilities, without any actual hot water. And there is no long term solution in sight. Do not move here."
"Terribly built. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Recently visited a friend and the facilities are already falling apart for such a “new” build. KEEP AWAY!"
