"I'm taking this time right now, while the fire alarm goes off late at night for the 3rd time this month to write this review. This place is dangerous, the alarms go off falsely constantly, and go on for 10 to 20 minutes at a time. They have done nothing to fix it, and don't even release statements as to why it happens. There are ants living in the walls, and the water barely gets hot even after running for almost a full two minutes. Lights flicker in the hallways, the place smells of mildew in every carpeted area. The package room is an absolute mess where it's nearly impossible to find anything you actually need, and their solution was to restrict the hours we were allowed to pickup packages? The management seems incompetent, and they have promised to resolve so many of these issues, but never do. I'm being charged $3k a month for this, which seems like they are very obviously taking advantage of me. You also are forced to put in a 2 month notice that you're going to be leaving, which makes it all the more annoying to leave or do anything for planning if you find somewhere better. Do not live here if you have ANY other choice. The alarm is still going btw."

"My experience with the building management has been disappointing. While the building itself has an attractive appearance, the appliances provided are refurbished and of poor quality, leading to frequent breakdowns. I have encountered appliance issues on multiple occasions, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally, the walls in the building are thin, resulting in a lack of privacy and disturbances from neighboring units. Despite facing a medical crisis, the management was unwilling to consider my request to break the lease, which was disheartening. Moreover, they tend to place blame on tenants for the appliance issues, further exacerbating the frustration. Overall, the building management's lack of responsiveness and failure to address these concerns has negatively impacted my experience as a tenant."

"The amenities are great BUT it's very loud and the walls and floor are THIN. You hear every move your neighbor makes literally. It would drive me nits paying that much and disturbed so often. Great location and it does have some college students living there so its expected."
