Maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely and professional way. Also very friendly and helpful are Wendy, Tim, Eric and James."

"We have lived here over 4 years, going on 5 in a few months. Overall we have loved living here. We love the community activities and the amenities. We do love Tim and Eric at the front! They are always so helpful and cheerful! I was hesitant about leaving this review but I wanted to make this known. There are a few things that I am disappointed about. 1st is the in-unit washers and dryers. I have to wash the load 2-3 times sometimes for it to come out rinsed enough to put into dryer. I have mentioned this situation on many occasions and they just ended up giving me a much older washer and dryer and they said they can't give me a replacement because this one technically is working. But to this day I still have issues with the Landry unit and it's to the point where I don't bother because they won't do anything about it. I asked for a new one and I wasn't able to get one from them. 2nd thing, we now pay about the same what a new person moving in would pay and they have all brand new renovated apartments and a brand new washer and dryer unit. Before renewing my lease this year, I asked them if they can at least change the carpet to vinyl flooring since all the new apartments have the vinyl flooring now. And I asked for a brand new washer and dryer. I was told that they are not doing any upgrades or small renovations to existing tenants, the most they would do is just wash the carpet. Almost a year ago they had come in to do some plumbing and pipe installation in the units where the washer and dryer is. And they left that wall unfinished and unpainted. I have brought it up multiple times and it's still not completed. Not sure why we, as the tenant, needs to be following up on things that are not completed in the apartments. All this is upsetting because our rent increases yearly and that's what's makes it possible for a lot of the renovations that are occurring now for the new tenants. Then the existing tenants can't get some sort of renovation. 3rd is that this is a non smoking building. I have a toddler and this is a big deal to me so this was one of the main reasons we wanted to move in. But when walking from the parking garage to the entrance of the buildings the hallways are starting to smell more and more or marijuana. Just 2 days ago we left the patio door open and the room windows open and we left for a few hours and when we came back our home smelled like marijuana so much that I had to keep out toddler outside while we closed the windows and patio door and somehow aired out the smell. We looked out the window and saw someone standing in the patio smoking. I really hope these details help management because even thought we have had an overall great experience here these details are starting to outweigh everything else. The Picture is from Jan 20, 2023 it was already a few weeks that it was left like this and up until this day hasn't been fixed or panted. I have mentioned it to them when checking the washer and dryer and I kept being told they would fix it."

"We did not end up renting an apartment here. Although the outside looks awesome, it’s old inside; the apartments they gave us a tour had smelly carpets with very old kitchen appliances and cabinets. The view from the balconies is great. We had a great experience with its staff and security but unfortunately, the apartment is not what we were looking for. The amenities are nice! The neighborhood is lovely and close to LA little Italy and has a walk distance to San Pedro downtown."
