"My son lives on Venice on Rose, every time we visit him is always a beautiful place to be at. We love the apartment in general, it always looks clean and nice. Love the barbecue area, it always looks so comfortable to be at and spend time with the family. Its seem like the Maintenance and Office staff do a great work on this property."

"Long term resident. anonymous for protection. I DO NOT recommend living here. The review below is a reflection of most people in the community. The good reviews are either from when the previous management owned the building or from brand new residents that have no idea of what’s to come. Management: The management is the worst group of people I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t answer their phone. They don’t answer their emails. You cannot get a hold of them if you need assistance. They do not care about the community. Not only are they condescending but they don’t do their job well. It’s of no surprise that the elevator hasn’t been inspected since Nov 2021. One of the managers said to me verbatim “I don’t understand why residents get upset when we can’t fix something.” That goes to show you the type of people you will be dealing with. The managers don’t understand that people want to be comfortable in their HOMES. Maintenance: They put a bandaid over the issue and wait for you to call again about the same thing. Multiple tenants have had to withhold rent in order to get their issues resolved. They don’t wear shoe covers, so forget having clean floors after they visit. Safety: Homeless people sneak into the garages because the parking gate for residents is left open at night. They urinate in the stairwells. The parking garage gates also take about 20 seconds to open and close, so people sneak into the garage and wreak havoc on the property. There are no cameras inside the property, halls, and stairwells. Mail: Numerous packages are stolen and lost. Packages get dropped in the storage room or outside in the main area even though there is an electronic mail system on site. This electronic system has been on site for years and recently got up and running. This highlights how slow to act the management is. The storage room looks like a Walmart on Black Friday due to the amount of packages strewn about the room. It takes about 5-10 mins to get my packages because of the disorganization. Amenities: There are no amenities aside from a laughable excuse for a gym that you’d find at a Holiday Inn. No concierge. No pool. No conference rooms. No community events. Apartments: The units are old. Some are half renovated but still smell, have mold, or have old appliances and fixtures like countertops, toilets, and vanities. Sound travels as if there were no walls between the units. The 5K rent for a 1 BR and ~6K for a 2BR is not worth it in any way shape or form. To management: please save your pedantic, copy paste response. You have been notified of of these issues by numerous residents in the past and have done nothing."

"Tim is amazing - he made my leasing process such a breeze and went out of my way to help me. I really can’t wait to move in. The units are gorgeous and so spacious, with beautiful modern finishes throughout. The area is as good as it gets, and despite everything happening around there, the units somehow are quiet. They’re also very secure with double locked door access downstairs and a fob swipe required for each floor. So great. Huge thanks to Tim for helping me secure a unit!!"
