Westside Apartments

"This apartment complex will charge you the maximim increase in rent that is legally allowed by the state if California when it is time to renew your lease. There is no negotiating and even if multiple identical units are listed for a lower price, they will not match the rent and will increase your payments by 10% per month regardless of the market or any other reasoning. If you’re willing to have your rent increased by 10% every year, this is an okay place to stay. However, for the price tag I would not recommend moving here. Almost every month I’ve lived here there has been some kind of issue - elevators not working, packages stolen, key fobs not working, gates broken. I recommend looking elsewhere until this location adjusts prices."

"Coming to update the review. I have left the apartment and they charged a bunch of tiny fees ( about 40 line items of fees with no explanation where they are being charged multiple times in small amounts until all of them together summ up the whole Deposit value. Unbeliavable!"

"Recently moved in with the help of Anthony from the leasing office and Hugo from maintenance. We had a tight window for move-in, and was able to get everything done within a few days. Hugo was able to fix several problems we noticed in the apartment prior to move-in. Anthony was very helpful as we figured out how to get packages delivered correctly, and super nice while helping us get everything set up. Excited to live here!"

The building is well maintained and offers excellent amenities, and our apartment was ready on time: spotless and with all appliances working perfectly. Anthony in the Leasing Office has been professional, friendly and always available to answer our questions. He walked us through the application process, step-by-step, and helped a great deal during our move-in. Hugo in facility services has also been very friendly and helpful."

The community is very beautiful, it has a beautiful pool and a well-equipped gym. The neighborhood is very beautiful, safe and quiet. My dogs loved living there."
