"I tried to rent two units for business and couldn't get a call back from the leasing agent three days in a row. When I finally called again for a fourth time she was less than sympathetic and stated that she never got one of my three messages. She added that the owner of the building is a private equity company implying that there is no one to convey my experience to, or an owner that would care. Very poor communication about trying to explain how the rent and security deposit worked. Spoke with her boss who didn't seem phased or care at all about the situtation. Hard to imagine living in a place with such arrogance and imcompetency. Very disappointing."
