"We lived here for 5 years including the covid years. We couldn't ask for a better experience, Lumi and the maintenance staff are so friendly and efficient. All our work requests were completed in less than few hours. The entire building is so neat and tidy and the amenities were always in tip top shape. I can't recommend this building enough! A special should out to Lumi and Armando for their excellent job! **During the holidays, the management team always throws a nice party for the residents and during Covid when that wasn't possible- they had a professional photographer take family photos; how sweet and thoughtful! I'm really going to miss this place :)"

"My experience at Seacrest Apartments in Torrance, CA was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I set foot in this place, I knew I had made a huge mistake. First and foremost, the rental office staff are nothing but a bunch of liars. They promise you the moon and stars during the initial tour and leasing process, but once you're locked into a lease, good luck getting any assistance or honesty out of them. They are rude and mean, and it's like they take pleasure in being unhelpful. But the real tyrant of Seacrest Apartments is Lumi, the building manager. She runs the place like it's a military camp. Her strict and overbearing demeanor is suffocating. If you have the audacity to own a dog, be prepared for Lumi to invade your personal life. She will contact your healthcare provider, speak to your doctor, and dig deep into your personal health records, all under the guise of "pet regulations." It's an invasion of privacy and a complete abuse of power. And let's not forget about the deposit. Seacrest Apartments will do anything and everything to come up with excuses to withhold most of it. It's as if they have a playbook of reasons to keep your hard-earned money. It doesn't matter how well you maintain your apartment; they'll nickel and dime you for every little thing."

"I've had a great experience getting my lease set up with the team at Seacrest Home. Jill gave us a tour and was patient and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. My interactions with Autumn and Robert via email was also pleasant and informative. After all the reassurance and back and forth to get the unit we wanted, the team made it happen! Charlene was our last stop before we agreed to our lease and now we're excited to enjoy all the amenities and community. The experience we had, thus far, is having us look forward to making more memories while living here."

"We've lived at Seacrest for the past 3 years and our experience there has been great. The building is centrally located and it is easy to get to the freeway, grocery store, and restaurants. The complex itself is very well maintained and clean. Common areas are cleaned on a regular basis -- the gym almost daily, the hallways weekly, etc. Multiple of our guests have commented how this is one of the nicest communities they have seen. Not to mention management is always responsive. On occasions when I do need to contact property management, they have been quick to respond and helpful. Lumi, the property manager, is especially good about keeping residents informed on what is happening in the community. You can tell that everyone that works there cares about creating a space that is welcoming and feels like home. If you're looking for a place in Torrance, we highly recommend Seacrest -- you won't regret it!"

"Note: I have edited my review to accurately reflect how well the management team has handled the situation. Seacrest Homes Apartments is a very clean complex with great amenities for people who work from home. The tenants are all extremely friendly and seem to really enjoy the complex as well. These are all the reasons why this apartment complex drew us in. With that being said, after we moved in, the staff members that conduct leasing tours have not exactly been very inviting. I want to specifically mention the leasing team member Kristen who has constantly been extremely rude to my girlfriend and I with communication that I as well as others consider to be verbal harassment. As you could understand, this wouldn't exactly make us feel welcome or safe in this community. After speaking with the management team, I've been told that they are very sorry for how things happened and would work to getting this figured out. I honestly believe they will take steps to making things right. The last thing I want is for someone else to go through the same situation as we did."
