"Like the other reviewer, my apartment was also disgusting and not cleaned when I moved in. The property Manager is a nut who harasses tenants and then tries to charge crazy and illegal fees upon move out for normal wear and tear that was already there to begin with. Bizarre experience and couldn't wait to get the heck out of this place."

"So fortunate to find this apartment. The managers Patty and Katie are two of the kindest people you'll meet. They have gone above and beyond to assist me during the move in process. I really can't say enough to show my appreciation for their humanity, which is lacking in our world right now... I love the community and the complex is very quiet. Tenants are respectful of their neighbors and everyone is very friendly. I'm super excited to begin my next journey in this wonderful complex."

"We lived here for years and have overall enjoyed the safe, clean living environment! Mrs. Patty and Katie in the leasing office are very responsive and friendly. Mrs. Patty often went the extra mile several times for us; one day we dropped our keys in the trash chute and she helped us retrieve them. We had a few emergency plumbing issues (black sewer sludge coming out of sink and shower) and she took care of it, sometimes after hours too. She always helps with a smile and great attitude. Maintenance men are also friendly and come out quickly as needed. Del Rey Club felt safe to live in and was a quiet community. The pool area is nice. We did have issues seeing spiders and other bugs and resorted to spraying around the baseboards with Raid spray twice a month, which was a pain. However, we mainly left for more space in the apartment itself for the price, and amenities like a larger gym, a lounge, co-working spaces and to explore a new area, but otherwise would have stayed here for more years! We feel it’s one of the best luxury apartment buildings in the South LA area and is a nice place to call home!"

"Beautiful apartments with extremely helpful staff! We moved here from another state without being able to tour the complex in-person. The staff at Del Rey Club played a huge role in creating a completely stress free moving experience. Our apartment was clean and move-in ready, and has features/amenities that exceeded our expectations."

"We lived their for almost 4 years. It's a nice apartment complex. Former manager was a lightning rod for the community. If she didn't like you your experience was likely very different than if she liked you. We never had any issues from management during our time there, but heard a different experience from others. New management came in the month we moved our she was very nice and responsive. We really liked our time there and loved the neighborhood."
