"I agree with previous reviews. (Under new management, Wilshire properties)I loved my apartment but I had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office. The front desk staff was always very helpful but the management very hard to get in touch with and sort through concerns. Very poor services. Packages often got stolen."

Before they took over my apartment the previous company was way more helpful and customer service orientated. Now this new management will gladly take your money and be of no help. "I’ve scheduled a tour for today via zillow, came on time, there are multiple new buildings looking similar mixed with old ones in this area. No one meet me there, i called them, but faced automatic response, so i was walking among the buildings trying to find the one where the management locates, but wasn’t able to do so and returned to the parking, called again and emily piera finally condescended to walk out of the office. She said she checked the area and i wasn’t around (which is absurd), she said she cannot show me amenities because it’s already 4pm and she has to leave. She showed (too big word, she just opened the door with the key) me 1 apartment with lights down (sun is down, so I barely saw anything inside). I asked if there are any other apartments that i can see, she said that they have a lot of inquiries and but she will sign me in for a tour for next week if i want so and closed the door in front of me. I’ve spent 1,5 hours to get there from valley and met the most rude and unprofessional attitude. Who do they think they are?! I will never ever get back again and avoid this management company (their name is Red Oak)"

"I've been residing in this apartment for about 5 months now and everything has been great! The property is very modern and always clean. The cleaning crew always excels at their job and are so kind every time I run into them. But MOST importantly, our leasing specialist, John Queenan, has always been so helpful since day one. He's answered all our emails and concerns in such a timely manner from the day we toured the apartment and still is even after the five months we have lived here. My husband and I made a decision to move to this property because we knew if our leasing specialist was this attentive, we would have no issue during our time here at Concourse. *On the side note: I wish they would allow us to use the communal areas a bit more freely now that the covid restrictions have been lifted. I understand it's up to the corporate office and it's for the safety of us but to my understanding, other companies have already loosened these restrictions and I'm starting to feel like concourse is a bit behind."
