"Worst management company I've ever encountered. I had water leaking from my ceiling for a week without anyone doing anything about it until my ceiling actually caved in. When calling the emergency line, I was hung up on. Today my a/c went out and it is 108 degrees outside. When calling the emergency line I was hung up on aagin after being told that they had no one to come fix my A/C. After threatening legal action, THEN I received a message that they could someone out. I have no idea when they are coming and I am stuck in a home that is 90 degrees with a 4 year old and a disabled 8 year old unable to leave and waiting for an AC repairman whose ETA is completely unknown. I hate this place. It is falling apart, every other week something is broken or leaking and getting help for emergencies in the off hours is like pulling teeth. So if you want slum living with a slum management company, COME TO TAYLOR POINTE"
