"Gemini was great! She gave a great tour and was very friendly and helpful! This place is stunning and I’m in love. Also the apartments are huge! The community is wonderful and convenient. I don’t live here yet but it’s high on the search list so far. I did see a few reviews about the walls being thin and being able to hear everything in another units but I didn’t hear a peep during the walkthroughs so I hope those very few reviews don’t speak for everyone on that! Aside from that, everything was great and I’m very excited about this being my new potential home!"

"We lived here almost three years, never late on rent, rarely requested maintenance (even when things broke down because it wasn't worth the hassle) - and when it came time to leave, the management office charged us FOUR months rent to break our lease. They were incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to help us work out a deal. After talking with a few other residents, we found they too experienced the same ordeal in trying to break their lease. To charge what they do and not even try to discuss a lease breakage fee that's reasonable (even when an emergency arises) is beyond me. Don't waste your time here - there are plenty of other apartments with management offices that work with the residents, not against them. Since I can't add a response to Keri's note - thought I would respond here: It's important people know that this community charges 4 months rent to break a lease (whether written UNclearly in a 75 pg document or not), where most other communities charge 1-2 months rent to break a lease. These fees have already inhibited multiple residents from being able to move and add significant financial stress to those who do. For prospective residents: the local leasing office has no power to negotiate these fees (or any) - there is zero flexibility."

"I've been at Runway for almost a year and I couldn't be happier. The amenities are pristine, the staff are so attentive/provide top-notch service (shoutout to Keri, Natasha, and Jonathan), maintenance responds quickly, and the walkable shops and beautiful parks make living here a dream. "I can't say enough good things about my experience at the Runway apartments. I moved in back in July. The amenities are incredible > the 2 pools, fitness center, and all of the open communal spaces. The residents are all nice people. You have a great mix of families and young professionals who live here. I Love the walkable neighborhood and the Playa Vista community in general. The area sells itself. Do yourself a favor and Google search all of the restaurants and shops that are just steps away. I also want to thank The Bozzuto leasing team at Runway. They have been outstanding!!! Everyone is extremely helpful and hospitable. Jonathan is the Man, he carefully helped me lease and find the perfect apartment. And Natasha is amazing, she’s always helpful when I come down to the office and goes above and beyond to answer any questions. I also want to give the staff a shout out. The cleaning crew and maintenance people are extremely professional, friendly and always nice. This has made all the difference to me at Runway. Thank you guys!"
