"The place is very beautiful and well organized. Friendly open staff that's available to coming in to the office or available by the site application on your phone to voice your opinion or complaint. I was happy knowing that I was allowed to customize my patio to our liking, which gave us a better sense of a home. I would recommend this location as your next place to be called home"

"I’ve lived here for two months and first impressions are not positive. While the grounds are beautiful and it is relatively quiet, the apartments are small, lack storage space and horribly insulated. If you have disrespectful and noisy neighbors they will disturb your peace. You can hear conversations, arguments and music playing through the paper thin walls. The only available internet here is Yondoo, which goes out almost weekly so if you work from home keep that in mind. Also, the management is more concerned with harassing paying tenants about having plants on their patios (god forbid people personalize their spaces) than evicting disruptive tenants who haven’t paid rent in a year. In my opinion the high rent is not worth what you get here."

"I absolutely loved the grounds of this complex! and the office staff was very friendly and welcoming, Jasmine specifically was very helpful and went out of her way to showcase the amenities and homes offered in this community and left an amazing impression on me! she was very communicative and helpful when it came to concerns about the property which they keep looking gorgeous and very inviting! overall I look forward to calling this place home."

"The Sofi at 6250 Telegraph Rd, management, apartments, groundskeeping, and amenities, provide a high quality experience and sense of community. The landscaping is well maintained, apartments have been refurbished, everything there has a feeling of home and security. Jasmine Velarde, the highly energetic and charming facility manager, does an excellent job of making sure everything runs smoothly, and seems to be everywhere at once."

"I reported broken ceramic tiles in the carport roof over my parking space. Within a few days I was contacted by staff to fix the problem and they replaced the broken tiles as expected. Office staff are very diligent in following up on requests. Maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. I’ve lived at this apartment complex 5 years."
