"Erin made our move easy from the start! Application process was smooth and quick. The unit was clean with many upgrades! We are very happy to be residents at Hacienda Villas."

"We put down a holding deposit, planning to move in. After a tough decision we decided not to go through with the application due to the layout of the apartment, W/D in kitchen, no outdoor storage space.. The holding deposit was reimbursable within 72 hours. However, yesterday was a holiday. We tried calling and of course they were closed.. Unfortunately, I didn’t send a follow up email and thought they would be ok with receiving a phone call today. In the end, they decided to include the holiday and not reimburse us the holding deposit. I think it’s poor management etiquette to do so, hence my poor review. The only star they deserve is for Nicole who helped me through the initial process."

"I signed my lease July 2021 and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! Laurie had been so welcoming and has handled every issue we have had within a timely manner. I’ve never had such a caring and compassionate apartment manager she really cares and it shows. The units are absolutely amazing everything we needed and more! Our unit is a 2 bedroom upstairs and downstairs townhome, which also comes with in unit washer and dryer, fridge and dishwasher. As I stated before our first year here was nothing short of amazing which is why we decided to renew our lease. Thank you Laurie for everything!"

"Hacienda Villas is a nice, quiet place to live. These apartments are spacious, clean and not over priced. The quality of living has really changed this past year. The parking lot is all fixed up and the renovated look of the apartments are beautiful. The renovation team are quick and reliable. Laurie, the manager, is accommodating and amazing at her job. She really does her best to make all new tenants feel at home here."
