"This group is conveniently located to us and came recommended by a previous respectable pediatrician. Initial impression was that the office staff is grossly incompetent. Dr Erica Leigh seemed very attentive and caring to our newborn daughter, however, after being prescribed a very important medication, the pharmacy never received the prescription. The Dr's office has been contacted repeatedly, even directly from the pharmacy, and the staff is incapable of resolving this problem and are unwilling to allow us to speak with the Dr. This is gross negligence, very unprofessional and extremely rude. I don't know what else to do besides contact and file complaints with the California Association for Medical Doctors, my health insurance provider, and find another Dr for our baby. I cannot recommend this medical group based on my brief experience. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!"
