"Nice gated community"
"quite nice place to live. has swimming pool, hot tub, pool tables all at club house. there is a dog park and community garden."
"Management at first was friendly and inviting for us to reside in the mobile home park. After only 3 short months we have found out he is untruthful and his professional manner needs an overhaul. He was not being honest with us about $$ we were handing over to him and who actually owned the trailer we moved into. Then when he decided to tell us were behind and have to move, his neighbor all of a sudden owns the trailer. So in the end we have learned enough, once someone is not being honest then we dont want to be associated with those kind. No freedom and alot of greed going on in this park. BEWARE and please have paperwork clear before you trust this park!"
"Pools clean manicured lawn really nice place and the people are extraordinary really friendly. If in doubt check it out."
"My parents have lived here for going on 40 years, I was raised here. We have seen a lot of managers come and go,as well as many neighbors and friends. Years ago I would have rated this place a 5 but as of lately, a lot has changed. My parents are getting on in age, mom has dementia, dad can barely walk, and they are on a set income from social security. They own their mobile home but pay lot rent. Every month, on payday, which is the END of the month, I go pay their bills. I pay the rent along with late charges since it's due beginning of the month. The manager recently placed a letter in my parents box stating that "if rent is not paid on time they will be evicted”. I am currently trying to locate the owner to file a complaint."
