EDIT: JUST AN UPDATE THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS THE FACT THE LANDLORD BYRON WOULD GO IN THE PROPERTY AND PEEP THROUGH THE WINDOWS. if you want a safe place to live Don't rent with them"

They took over management for a place I'd been in almost a year, promised to contact us about our new paperwork and instead never communicated and when we payed our rent the same way we had, he had been fees and claimed we were missing stuff on our end, when we'd even purchased new renters insurance for our specific breed if dog. I've dealt with bags of hammers with a better sense of logic and communication. Don't rent from West valley, they don't take care of you or the properties."

"I was looking for a short term rental until our place was ready. I found one on their website so I decided to apply. BOTH my husband and I had to pay ($80) for the check, which I’m fine with. It’s been 3 weeks now and I’ve heard NOTHING. I don’t know what the guy does but it’s not work. I asked around about them and have heard nothing but negative things. The girl at the front who answers phones gets 5 stars, she’s helpful."
