"I rented a property for over 3.5 years from Wolfe & Assoc. I'm sure they charged the owners a hefty price to manage their property, yet at the same time, provided lousy upkeep on the property I rented. I could write a long laundry list of how poor their service is but in short here's a few: problems with drain flies and termites never resolved, flooding, plumbing, very poor landscaping. When I moved in, it wasn't move in ready, yet when I moved out my place was thoroughly cleaned top to bottom (profesionally) but they tried to (over)charged me for it not being cleaned. I took them to court and got most of my security deposit back (I think the only reason I didn't get to full amount was because my housekeeper had problems accessing the court zoom site so she wasn't able to give her testimony). I do NOT recommend this company."

"wolfe and associate property management is beyond excellent. tenants had an emergency problem and it was fixed immediately. tenants are so pleased with their management and so am i, as the property owner. couldn't ask for better after years and years of the finest service, no matter the issue. pleased tenants are #1 to wolfe and associates."

"I do not trust this company. When I rented from them, they were great. But I found out about a year down the road that I was paying for extra utilities for the unit above me. When I brought it to everybody’s attention, they assured me they would look into it. We’ll it has been 2 months since I moved out and absolutely no resolution. I’m most frustrated because no one from their office returns my phone calls. The owner owes me money and they won’t even help me! Disgusting! No scruples!"

"Renting with Wolfe and Associates was great. They were very accommodating and understanding in the move in and move out process. They communicated clearly and were easy to get ahold of. If you let them know of anything ahead of time Scott will take care of it. They returned most of our security deposit with no hassle and clearly marked what they needed to use after we moved out. Highly recommend! :)"

"Future renters: if you have exhausted all of your resources and HAVE to choose Wolfe, do yourself a favor and take MANY pictures of your apartment when you move in and make any issues known. We were charged $900 for cleaning.. we did not damage the apartment, but were charged for things that had already been in poor shape when we arrived. The real kicker was a complaint over a safety pin in the carpet during their inspection once we moved out. It’s pretty clear they just want to take advantage of young college students and the poor housing situation in SB."
