"The building manager, Peter Lewis, has no regard for human life. Our friend was stranded in the recent floods and was forced to abandon her car. He towed cars from the lot the DAY after waters receded and his response when confronted about it: “they shouldn’t have parked in a private lot.” I can only imagine how awful living here would be when it’s run by such a ruthless person with no sense of empathy."
