They were always very prompt in responding whenever I had a problem that needed fixing and I never had to pay for any of the repairs. Some rental companies only do the minimum when it comes to taking care of their tenants. This is the exact opposite for Spectrum. They don't stop until the problem is 100% solved. Their online portal is a breeze to use to set up payments, or request maintenance. I've read some reviews stating that the application process was too extensive and what not. While it is a thorough process, it was comforting to know that my neighbors went through the same process and had to be vetted the same way. All things said and done, I highly recommend Spectrum Realty as a place to rent from!"

"My family and I would highly recommend Spectrum! We found a listing for a 2 bedroom home on Craigslist for my family and I from Spectrum so we decided to call and set up a time to go look at the house. My fiancé received all of the details from Lynn over the phone. Right from the beginning they were so easy to work with. My fiancé went to look at the house and loved it right away! When we applied Lynn did let us know that there were a few people ahead of us but would let us know if anything changed. A few days later she gave us a call letting us know that they would run our app and get back to us since the people before us didn't meet the requirements. We were so excited! She gave us a phone call a few days later and let us know we got it! A day before the move in we went into the office and signed the lease. We have now been in the home for a months now and are very happy with Spectrum. This whole process has been very easy and every time we go in to pay rent we are greeted so kindly! Everyone in the office has always been so nice and have answered all of our questions. Lynn is so kind and always has a smile on her face! We did have a plumbing issue and Spectrum sent out a plumber right away! I would definitely rent from Spectrum again and would recommend them!"

"The service is not quite good ,they do not care about the convenience of the tenant. They only care about money and they ignore any request or notice they recieve and when confronted they seem like they might as well be kicking you out. They care very little about the tenants necessities. I do not recommend."
