"Let me start by expressing my strong disappointment with C&H management company. I am an owner of one of the properties that our board members elected to hire this management company to manage and serve our community. In my opinion the choice is far from sound as this company seems to ignore vital repeated requests for issues that could potentially become a significant safety concern to us. Our Bollard lights that are used to provide lighting around the meadow area passages were out of commission. These lights are very important as they insure our safety during the night time and while we're using the passages to walk to our spa or during exercise. Without these essential lights one can easily slip and fall when humidity is present or by stepping on falling wet leaves. I brought this issue of the non-working lights to the management company in two separate occasions, but they did not take any action to address the concerns. I then decided to communicate and share my concerns with our board and to advise them of the problem so they can look into it and take the necessary measures to repair these non-working lights to prevent any hazardous situations from happening. The very next day I received a call in the early morning hours from an angry company representative by the name of Jacob. Rather than discussing the issue and provide assistance, he discharged his anger and reprimanded me for the email I sent to the Board informing them about the issue. During the one-sided phone call, he continued with his rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior to attack me and assert his position of how the management company works without allowing me the opportunity to express my concerns. He stated that once the request for repair is received, they get a bid and present it to the board for approval and it is up to the board to decide, then he hangs up the phone. My question is why didn’t they do that? Why didn’t they follow the procedures and the guidelines that he made sure to lecture me about specially after I made two prior requests to the company to assess the issue and fix the problem. Regrettably, they ignored my repeated requests and did nothing at all. As an owner, I have every right to communicate with my elected board members without being subjective to harassment or retribution from individuals representing the management company. Our HOA dues have increased substantially to $475.00/month, more than any other parallel properties within our community just to hire this company that seem to do nothing but collecting the monthly dues."

"I have had my share of experience with property management companies. I never felt completely satisfied with any of them. When it came time to choose another company to manage my rental. A friend told me about C&h property management. I decided to give them a call. I was impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and thoughtful advice and guidance from people who know. They turned out to be the best property management company I've ever had to take care of my rental. If you're looking for a company to manage your property. I would strongly suggest giving C&H property management a call. They can help you with all aspects of owning a rental property."
"If I could give Melissa in this office less than 1star I would… per our bylaws each unit is to have 3 vehicles per unit!!!!!! I have a neighbor that has 7 yes 7 vehicles that take up the entire row for parking!! I told Melissa about this AND sent her the bylaws and she did absolutely nothing !!!!! This unit also has over 8 people living in it and we all share water cost!!!!!! So I guess this property management company only handles the bylaws they deem appropriate! 1 of the cars has been parked for over 6 months and no one has driven it! Another 1 for over a week!!!!!! What does this company do for the owners?????? Absolutely not one thing!!!!!! I gave her all the tools needed and she has done nothing!!!!!!!!! Yet they give out tags for other streets to identify owner’s vehicles!?!? What the heck?!?!?! My husband and I can’t even park our vehicles in front of our unit because these people yet we are expected to pay over 300 a month for hoa fees?!?!? For what?!?!?! My extra steps I get in because I can’t park my car and this supposed company isn’t doing anything about it!?!?! These people have a 2 car garage they aren’t even using!!!!!! Come on c&h give me a break! Oh ya and you have people running full on auto businesses out of their garage in knollwood too! Good luck with that!!!! Again against the bylaws but hey Melissa doesn’t care!!!!"
