"Sean and Devon were helpful, but the other guy wasn't very helpful and acted like I was bothering him or that he just didn't want to help me with my phone. When he first initially tried to help, he just acted like I was supposed to know everything and flat out just didn't want to help me. He actually left me hanging and helped another guy and passed me onto Sean. Sean was very patient and helped me. Took 2 hours and 20 minutes, but he helped me."
