"I used to have a good experience here but something changed. Normally I just ask them to pick out the most economical option for 100$ and they find me a good deal depending on what they have. Today I did that but the person there just ignored my request and upsold me to a product that ended up being twice as expensive. I didn't realize until I opened the bag at home that it was half the quantity I normally get."

"Love this place, amazing options, great staff, knowledgeable in every way. Went in yesterday and got deeply educated about CBD products. I knew some of the benefits before, but then they opened me up to a whole new realm of CBD healing benefits. Kyle is a manager there and knows his stuff! Jason and Sam are also amazing! Definitely ask if they're available if you need any help or have questions about products and stock! They always have top self products and anything "new" to the market. The clearks are super nice and know their information about products too and always get you in and out in a timely manner and provide good conversations as wel! "Unfortunately MNR has changed. No more happy people and a bad vibe though out. I wanted to return a faulty Vape tip and was treated with contempt. Customer service 101, make the customer happy. I left without a new tip and vow never to return. Also, I should not have been told that the previous manager had been fired. I know that to be a lie. Vic and the front guys are great, but even they seem uncertain about MNR."
