Not sure how a business can stay in business operating under such customer service. Lompoc is such a small town and they are not the only game in town. I guess I just have to believe my best friend saying "Never under estimate the stupidity of others". Updated posting(5 star): I've recently spoke with the new owner. They declared to me that Tower has had issues in the past, thus my original posting. They also declared to me that, same as a major majority of business, the pandemic has given them challenges. A company may have a name that doesn't change, but the owner/management/employees are the character presented to the public. This company is not the same as in the past!"
