"Rented from them for over 4 years and left the house in the same condition if not cleaner except the garage being I was on a time schedule even took a day off work and spent 10 hours to clean by myself with no help trying to clean cabinets and cupboards they had painted cheaply when I moved in and me trying to clean them I was just crubing the paint away and the tile grout was the same as when I moved in and they still kept kept 1300 of my deposit DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS"

"Do NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! They do not answer emails and are very rude over the phone! They will not refund your application fees even if you are approved or not for a house to rent!! They collect application fees and never call you to let you know anything."

"Do not put and Applications in because they do not respond to let you know whether you got the place they collect your money and that’s it I have applied twice already so far out of my household they have received $100 I tried calling him check on applications. no answer again I feel like it was about race had picked up a Bad Feeling about Mr. Smith. I have good rental history. I have been in a house for over 20 years I never miss a month paying my rent and always paid on time"

"Stop dont do it. Definitely, should not be your 1st choice, if anything make it your last choice!!! Very disappointing property management company. They never answer the phone when you try to call. I applied for a rental with them, was told no one else looked at this property. Gave them my app the same day I looked at property, as well as my application fee. A Week later still no call or contact from them. Mind you Im trying to move, so you would think common sense would tell you to get back to your applicants in there status. Finally after calling some many times I was told someone else has taken the property. I have an excellent rental history, excellent job, me and my wife. I have rented from properties much more expensive this this and have never had a problem. Yes this property was in a high end neighborhood so I hate to put this factor in , I felt as though my race played a factor and they just with held my info from the home owners. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not professional At All!!!!!!!"
