"Called to schedule a tour for a couple properties they have available for rent and they told me they won’t waste their time and that I needed to apply first to see if it was worth their time, paying a fee of $40 (which it is not the problem) I believe as a renter I would like to first see the property I will be living in before I give my information or pay any type of fees. The tone and words used by the representative on the phone were really unprofessional, I personally wouldn’t want to deal with people like this."

"Don’t ever deal with this property management company. They are a joke. We were informed that every member of the family must have acceptable credit and that we must file an application for each of them, costing $40 each. Since my mother is unemployed and has no income, she has no credit. I spoke with them about this and they said that that is fine and to submit an application for everyone, regardless. We submitted our applications and we offered them an excellent credit score and very high income. Our application was denied with the explanation that the owner required everyone to have excellent credit. Only ONE of the members did not have a credit. They should have never encouraged us to apply if they knew we were going to get denied because of my mother’s credit. They just wanted us to pay the application fee, knowing we were going to get denied. I think The company already had someone in mind whom they wanted to rent the house to, they just wanted more applications to be submitted for the fees money. This is the third time we have experienced something like this with this company. I asked for a refund for my application which they will give me."
