"This place is great they text you everytime your refills are ready. They are extremely helpful & knowledgeable with all your medications.Been using for years they even send happy bday text and greetings. I was recently out of my meds & waiting for Dr. Approval after video appt. My bus was late which meant not going to make it there before closing. I called the pharmacist explained the situation how uncomfortable I was & needed my refills, he helped me out with unbelievable compassion & care making extra arrangements to help. Thanks again!"

"My experience with True Care Pharmacy has been Amazing! Dr. Morris is such a caring pharmacist, as well as his staff; Specifically, Shoeleh who has been there for a very long time. What I particularly appreciate is the text messages I receive to let me know that my prescription is ready on time. They are also just a phone call away if I have any questions regarding my meds or any questions I have regarding instructions or side effects. Another thing to mention is they provide delivery of my medication and always make sure that I never run out of meds. The communication that Dr. Morris and his staff have with my doctor has been exceptional. All staff are very courteous and professional. I recommend this pharmacy if you want a family friendly, efficient, and caring service."

"The older lady that helped me was rude, and had horrible customer service. I went in the fill a prescription for my mom and they had no idea where it was, the lady told me nothing was sent to them when the doctor had confirmed to me that it had been send 2 hours before i arrived. when i called the doctor to confirm , they gave me the exact time it was sent over. After minutes of standing there and seeing this lady look through so many papers she told me she had just received it, when i saw her take it out of a pile.  You can clearly see how unorganized her desk was when looking for my moms prescription and how confused she was. When it was found i was told the pharmacist was on lunch, and would take 2 hours to get the medication ready, which is ridiculous since it was send way before i even got there. Save yourselves time and do not come here."
