"I was waiting for Sarah to mix my medicine and the other guy his name from his badge was Steve Kim came to the register where I stood and waiting for Sarah, and crumpled my receipt; he wanted to through it away, then I told him that's mine he told me you couldn't stay over there and I need to use this register for other patients while still waiting for my medicines so he was so rude and I don't know why was that he was that such a rude person to me."

"Your survey questions asking whether a pharmacy associate greeted me and whether they offered to help me should have Not Applicable as a possible response. I was there is pick up a Rx that was ready. Waited for a free window. Of course the person at the window said hello and helped me pay. Dumb questions that are not going to help CVS improve service. This comment is about the survey, not about my experience at CVS."

"My doctor called in my prescription on a Wednesday. I went to pick it up that Saturday, but the pharmacist told me that they never received the call from the doctor (I know for a fact that this is a lie). My doctor then tried to call in my prescription immediately, but waited on hold for 25 minutes without an answer. The doctor then called the nearest Walmart pharmacy: the pharmacist picked up immediately, provided friendly service and told my doctor the prescription would be ready in an hour. The pharmacists at this CVS should be ashamed."

"Ok I had the worst experience last night at cvs on Ventura blvd between kEster and Van Nuys blvd. I was there late I had a midnight craving for twislerz the pack that brings yellow and reds those are not easy to find, that’s why I go to cvs I know they have them . Anyway I’m so disappointed with cvs!! My goodness I was treated so horribly wrong I was embarrassed and all because Of a 19 yr old security guard that made me feel Uncomfortable!! She first asks me if I was ok if I need help. She looked like 12ye old and HAD NO CVS SHIRT, so I wAs puzzled at why she would care, I asked ARE YOU ok do you need help, do you work here? She got upset I could tell she looked at her sweater that was covering her badge that was a iron on patch!! Not only I couldn’t tell she was a security but she looked like she wanted to follow me gave me the creeps! So I go to the next isle over there she wAs again, I go to the next and the next and she followed me every isle she didn’t even try to do it discretely. Finally I asked her why are you following me please stop I feel uncomfortable. She smiles and says just doing her job. But honestly I wasn’t in any way behaving like. A suspect, I had no backpack or large jacket I was wearing my yoga pants white tee and uggs there is no way I would steel anything and I wasn’t opening or trying anything on I wAs targeted by her she just liked feeling the power trip! I felt helpless I asked for store manager to voice my concerns and the woman must have been her mother cuz she didn’t care she said she does that to every costumer. That’s a lie and they know it! AnywAy I feel like she was rude and she made me feel so sad and embarrassed! How dare she pick on me I was there to get my sugar fI’m and I don’t deserve to be treated so badly! Shame On cvs lately these rent a cops gotten such a power tripping Rude attitude! I enjoyed cvs up until this security from hell rudely ruined my shopping experience. Bad cvs train ur security people better cuz this is just bad business!!"
