Parke West Apartments

"Extremely nice apartments. Comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, and microwave. Hard wood floors, fresh paint, and very clean. You get a porch with your own utility closet that you can hook up a washer and dryer to. The amenities are nice. They have a workout gym, indoor lounge areas on each floor, hot tub on the roof, BBQ grills, seating areas on the roof. There is a park, trails, and basketball court all right outside the main building. Being a young woman I feel very safe here with the key fob system. You need a key fob or code to even get into the main building. Then each apartment is key fob activated so I always feel safe. They also have a night security guard that patrols which is very comforting. Have lived here for a year."

"Been living in my 1 bedroom 1 bath since November. The apartment is nice and the area is safe so i enjoy having that kind of peace of mind. One thing that has been a downside is that the amenities included with the apartment are not all available. A big thing for me was being able to us the gym and its equipment, however both treadmills have been out of service since our walk through of the building last August… we are coming up on March now. I made note of this with the property manager who said it was in progress of being replaced but this was in December. I feel like for the amount of money you are paying and it being considered a luxury apartment we should have these things fixed within a month. Again the property is nice but i feel like they dont care to fix things that are broken"

"Honest review - I lived here for a year. Positives - - The units are nice and new - Parking is usually not an issue on Village Dr Negatives - - Our unit was not super clean upon move in - The staff does not answer emails unless you follow up multiple times. Don't even bother calling the phone, they wont answer. It seems like once you move in, they ghost you... - In CA you cannot charge for wall holes that are patched and smooth, it's considered normal wear and tear. They held 373 dollars from our deposit illegally. When we asked them to reverse that charge, they did it without hesitiation, probably because they knew it was illegal! - Our deposit was returned almost a week late. They ended up mailing it to our apartment which we had moved out of, even though we provided them our new address to send the check to. - Hottub has been broken for over a year, didn't get to use it once. If you are planning on living here, be prepared to fight for your deposit. Don't let them rip you off."

"Very Military Friendly. I lived here for just under a year, and loved it. Moved out around June of 2020 because I got orders for Colorado. The location is one of the nicest for an apartment in the area (worth a little extra money for the safe neighborhood), awesome trail right outside the front door of the complex, very pet friendly. Management was great, worked mostly with Jeff for move-in and out and he made the process very easy. I never needed maintenance while I lived there so I can't speak to that. I never had an issue with noise from any of my neighbors either. I would recommend these apartments to anyone moving to the area. I do not understand the reviews calling the complex dirty. It was always very clean and the interior of the apartments is modern and very nice."

"Just love everything about our apartment! We looked at a lot of apartments before choosing Parke West, and we are so glad we did. Easy application process, smooth move in, and my place is so cute. Pet friendly, walking trails, nice park for the kids. Even with all the construction going on, there is not a lot of noise, which I was a little worried about before moving in. It has proven to be a great place to live!"
