"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have lived here for 6 years, for the first couple years, I loved it. But we time went on, it was obvious on how it had took a turn for the worse. There is trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere. The landscape is destroyed, the people who live here have no respect for others. I have found roaches numerous times. We have got our place fumigated by maintenance for cockroaches, but we still found live roaches even after that. And no, it isn’t due to how our home is."

"Don't get me wrong the apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, BUT in my time there we had roaches. We had pesticide people come and spray the unit down, yet the roaches remained. Also, if you don't intend to get your security deposit back, this is the right place to live, because regardless of the care my roommate and I took to clean and keep it tidy, St. Claire only returned 1/5 of the security deposit. They even told us, we kept it a lot cleaner than most residents who leave. Read your lease, and DO NOT live here if you want your money back, it is a scam to live here! They responded back saying they are sorry for the inconvenience, which BS. I emailed the City of Santa Barbara and tried to get lawyers involved, and St. Claire, still did not budge. Again, scam of a place to live, I still don't have my money back..."

"There is too manny residents living in one unit. Too many cars parked on the street . some residents drink in their cars and trash the surrounding areas."

"Since graystar management took over Lyons management, this apartment complex has been a downgrade to this community living. Greystar charge everything and the safe trusted lifestyle with Lyons has turned upside down. Many unwanted visitors who don't live here , in n out of apartments paying the real renters under the books..unbelievable that graystar mgnt would let this go by unpunished. This new mgnt is not trustworthy of their renters. Its been unawful mgnt charging up the sky. The office workers n maintenance workers only can do their job n it's beyond their control, the mgnt has to change. Before this place turns into a place we all regret. Their rent payment has up a lot and it's not worth it. Might have to look for another safer and cheaper place."
