They were there every step of the way, giving me information on RV options, showing me different models, walking through the different features and details of the camper I chose, and arranging the financing I needed to take it home. Each time my experience was extremely positive hence my loyalty continues…most recently I contacted Jen and told her I wanted to trade up to a different floor plan. "We had done our research and knew what we wanted for our fist travel trailer but when we found it 800 miles away there was some apprehension about making a long distance deal. Our concerns were unwarranted!! We were so pleased with the customer service, the attention to details as we made plans to purchase, and then at pick up a couple of weeks after our first contact/deposit was paid.
