"Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Booking was such a breeze and checkin was same. Staff working the front desk were so sweet and polite, showed us many places to visit and even staff favorite restaurants. Our cabin was just perfect, cozy and felt like home with all the amenities. Check out was easy as well. The view from our back patio deck was picture perfect. Can’t wait to book our next family trip through Big Bear Vacations. I highly recommend them."

"We loved our stay at The Divine Chateau cabin. We immediately relaxed upon arrival; loved the fireplace, spaciousness, and comfortable mountain cabin vibe and 'home away from' that was close to everything, yet tranquil. The place was much larger than anticipated and would comfortably fit a large group. We enjoyed the welcome chocolates, wine, board games, and foosball table; they even had a Christmas tree! Although the kitchen was huge, we didn't want to cook, preferring area restaurants, but enjoyed the coffee station. Didn't get a chance to try out the hot tub, but that gives us a reason to return. It was our first time here, and had fun exploring The Village, area restaurants, and attractions. This place must be gorgeous when it snows. We were looking for a Hallmark-like town, and this place didn't disappoint. Check-in & out was a breeze as all our stress left, and the only bad part was leaving...we wanted to move in!"

"NORTH SHORE CHALET #2173 I recently had the pleasure of staying in North Shore Chalet, and it was truly a delightful experience. The serenity of the surroundings provided a peaceful escape, while the spacious and cozy accommodations added to the overall comfort. The highlight for me was the opportunity to stargaze using a telescope, creating magical moments under the night sky. Additionally, the convenience of being able to take a leisurely walk to the lake added a perfect touch to this unforgettable getaway. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat with beautiful views and charming amenities."

"My boyfriend and I had an absolutely awesome time staying in cabin 107 at Shore Acres Lodge. Big Bear Vacations made the check in process very easy. The cabin is rustic and definitely a little bit dated, but it sort of adds to the charm. We loved that we could wake up and look out the window to a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen is small but well appointed with all the essential cooking equipment. We loved that we were able to bring our dog! Only complaint was that the couch was not very comfortable, but we didn’t spend a ton of time in the cabin. We loved sitting on the dock. We were there after Labor Day so the pool and hot tub were unfortunately closed, but we knew that before booking. This would be a great place for a family reunion or a group of a few friends or families to rent neighboring cabins as they’re very close to each other. I’d definitely recommend Shore Acres lodge to anyone looking for a rustic “camp-like” experience lakeside in beautiful Big Bear!"
