"We had our father’s celebration of life here because he was a member and loved golfing here. They did an excellent job and were so supportive of us. It ended up being a beautiful event with their help and very affordable too. All the guests were very impressed. They helped us run it smoothly and the staff were so personable because they knew my dad. Food was excellent. Would recommend people holding their events here."

"We had our wedding here in June and I can't say how well they did. Accommodating before hand for checking set up, meal choice and assuring us an easy day. To the day of, all was set up for our finishing decorations, they had plenty of staff for drinks, dinner and throughout the day and everyone was kind and helpful. While it's not the flashiest place the outside pictures turned out beautifully and everyone had a great time with plenty of space. Plus we used the bags and bocce ball areas and our guests enjoyed having more things to do. Might take a little bit to respond to emails only because they are always going and helping."

"Golfed the back 9 here yesterday. The course is beautiful, challenging on many holes (multiple bunkers) and well cared for. The driving range is also well maintained. Our starter was extremely friendly too. We ate afterwards at Eagles Bar & Grill. I had the steak salad with horseradish sauce and my husband had the pineapple turmeric glazed pork entree. The food was outstanding! Finally, a golf course restaurant with healthy food. Yaay! Our waitress (Brittany) was a delight and was extremely attentive. The manager (didn't get her name) came out to check on us, so all around, this was a 5-star experience. I highly recommend River Oaks. PS The steak salad picture is missing one bite of steak."

"Fall golf at its finest! Course was in excellent shape! The views and colors on the course were a treat for an October round of golf in MN. Course is a fun layout, very friendly staff, plenty of seating in the clubhouse for after the round to watch some football or hockey! Overall, this course is a must play! Glad they are apart of the PCC Membership through twincitiesgolf.com as a Tier II course. Will be back again!"

"I got married here in September, amazing wedding venue. The food is absolutely unbeatable, I am still hearing from other guests how much they loved it. The patio area outside is great, and the banquet hall's LEDs really took it to the next level. The service was incredible, everyone worked so hard to make the day go perfectly, and it did! Huge thanks to Courtney and Jamie for their hard work the day of and to Dennis for planning it with us. A dream wedding for a real-world price."
