"I love living here! It's in the better side of Turlock and close to shopping centers, the park, the freeway, food and everything! Best apartments and the best prices closest to The Bay. Been here almost 4 years and until I get my dream job and a nice house in the area, I'll be staying here! Pool is great! Has a gym, a dog park friendly neighbors and clean! I've only delt with water bugs here and that was taken care of ASAP. They always take care of you as soon as they can and maintenance is very nice too."

"Apartments are nice but office staff has attitude problems and are rude. Especially an older Hispanic lady with curly hair, I’m not sure if her name is Mayeli. Makes residents not feel welcome and speaks to us in a condescending demeanor. It’s definitely a problem that needs to be fixed immediately!"

"Love our apartment been here for a month now had no problems. Took a little bit getting used to the train. I love they are pet friendly cause I have 2 dogs and, its hard to find a place anymore that excepts pets. Friendly neighbors. Glad we moved here. Love the pool its very nice also."

"I've been living here for over a year. I've noticed that the staff only puts effort into fixing things if they can make a profit off of it. There wasn't a pet rent a year ago, but due to people not picking up after their pets there is now pet rent. They have recently threatened to charge monthly for parking due to cars being left too long in open spaces. Parking? Really? We don't live in the bay. Nobody charges for parking here. They nickle and dime you. The laundry room washing machines are always broken, you make a maintenance appointment and nobody shows up, people do whatever they want in the pool and gym area which makes them unusable, dirty, and broken, there are people dumpster diving daily and making a mess, the police are here often- last time for a warrant on someone who committed murder. That made me feel safe. Not to mention the loud train at all hours of the night and the geese in the early morning. It's not the worst place in Turlock but I don't see myself living here too long."

"I lived here for 6 months. For the most part, it is a very quiet community. That's about the only good thing about these apartments. The issues that I had while living here were enough to make me never want to move back, though. I rented out an upstairs, 1 bedroom unit. 1) From the very first day that I moved in, there were roaches. I kept my apartment very clean, always threw my garbage out, and had pest control spray as often as I could, yet the roaches would still come back. 2) I could never keep my windows open because my downstairs neighbors constantly smoked weed and the smell of it lingered in my unit, even if my windows were closed. These people would leave their empty beer bottles, cans, cigarette butts, and bongs around for maintenance to clean. 3) My last month there my car got broken into. Turns out it was my downstairs neighbors who were responsible. I was assured that security patrols around every night, yet in my 6 months there I did not see them once. 4) The speed bumps! All throughout the complex there are high speed bumps. Very annoying and rough, no matter what kind of car you're driving in. Also, unkept landscaping."
