"Please teach your employees how to greet customers and to say thank you. Not asking for much. Just basic, elementary customer service knowledge will make the shopping experience so much more pleasant. Every time I enter Claires and Icing, it's the same attitude everywhere each time. Disappointing."

"They say they have highly trained professional staff to pierce ears. First, they said I needed to purchase 14 kt gold earrings for my granddaughters 1st time (which was fine). However, after a week, she was in extreme pain and they kept bleeding. We went into another office and were told she needed xl posts as her lobes are thick and they are embedded into her ears, and they said we should have gone with a better material. I said, what's better than 14k? She assured me that they weren't 14k. So, Claire's claims they have highly trained staff, shouldn't they have known about needing xl posts? And I took the earrings to 2 different jewelers and they confirmed they are not 14k. When I went in, they told me they could not refund my money without corporate approval and would not call for me. I called while I was there and they are closed on the weekends. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing."
