But any place in the area that's not a rat trap is going to cost roughly the same: $4K/month plus utilities and extras: couple a hundred for a garage and small storage closet near the front door. It's clean and the apartment manager is really accommodating. If you like beer, there's a craft brewery on the ground floor."

"I have lived here for a year now and we have had a fantastic experience! The units are all individually unique with modern design and appliances. Having Post No Bills downstairs is an added bonus, great place to grab a drink and food at the food trucks. The property manager Nichole is fantastic, she always makes us feel warm and welcome and she gets any of our maintenance problems fixed in a timely manner! I highly recommend living here!"

"Four year resident! Once a lovely building that has deteriorated over the last two years! If you voice your concerns, be prepared for retaliation. The property manager, Saratoga Capital has gone thru so many property managers: in 2020 we’ve had Ashley, Kim, Carla, Yolanda, Max, Kathleen, Gabriela and Nicole! It’s been a terrible two months in the middle of Covid and lockdowns. The building is aging, now about 10-13 years old depending which floor. The maintenance team just turned over again. The only amenities are what’s inside your unit when finally repaired. You’re not allowed to be frustrated, but show them your frustration and you’ve “disturbed their peace.” and face potential eviction! How is anyone expected to live like this?"
