"if at all possible do not rent as long as the manager by the name of Carol is still manager if you come to the complex you will see that it is clean and that's the only good thing about it you will not see tenants outside they are scared to death of this manager she is a bully. Example: there is a almost 80 year old single alone women living there, well she's tried to get her kicked out. she threatens them constantly if you don't do this you will get kicked out. she is rude she has no customer service skills she walks around like a bully they are afraid to speak to her they are afraid to give their concerns to her for fear that she may try and get them kicked out she shout out one day yelling at a young man which should not have been there they are here to die, leave the property well his elderly mother was there and yes although he may have not had the right to be there she did not have the right to yell that out these are their Glory years they should be relaxed they should socialize with one another and if she were a kinder person a type of person that they can come to with any of their needs that is the type of management you want for your parent or grandparent so please once again if at all possible do not send your parents or grandparents here. from the outside it's very clean but inside that office lurks something you do not want the last days of a loved one to go through"
