"On the surface, this complex looks great. And it is for the most part. The grounds are nice, it’s relatively quiet, and it’s in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the freeway. I am paying a lot of money to live here, over $3500 for a 4/2. It’s super spacious (1900 sq. ft.) and has an attached garage. But… BUT the roaches. There is a serious infestation in this complex. I’ve never had roaches and never expected to move into such a nice, $$$place like this and be dealing with this issue for MONTHS. Elissa in the leasing center has been helpful, but to no avail. No amount of spraying or treatments has ended the problem. I can’t even relax in my own home because I’m scared I’m going to turn a corner and see another roach. My daughters have had to become roach killers and the cost for Raid is adding to my monthly expenses. If it weren’t for the roaches, I’d give five stars. But it’s gross and it’s actually unacceptable to be paying premium rent and to be dealing with this. It’d be one thing if I lived in a way that attracted them, but I don’t. The office informed me they are all over the complex, even in the upstairs units. So keep that in mind if you’re considering a move here."

"I absolutely LOVE Arbor Ridge. My boyfriend, his son and I just moved back. We lived her a few years ago. It is VERY hard to find EVERY amenity we want for a decent price & Arbor Ridge offers it all. Their apartment homes are VERY spacious- we got a fireplace, full size washer & dryer in unit, pet friendly, attached two car garage, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home, for the best price. Very happy to be back. Elissa & Cher are extremely professional , friendly and will work hard to make you happy. Elissa really went the extra mile for us! Arbor Ridge in Brentwood, in my opinion, is the place to get into. We love it."

"I really can't say enough good things about Arbor Ridge Apartments. They are truly HOMES, not just apartments. My one bedroom is so spacious and so well-appointed. I absolutely love having an attached garage, that's almost impossible to find with apartments. The complex is very well maintained at all times. Any maintenance issues within the apartment are immediately rectified! Elissa is an amazing manager and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Arbor Ridge Apartments."
