Rady Children's Specialists at Murrieta Medical Plaza

"The previous person's review is accurate. The check-out workers are dreadful. Two of them were having an actual mini-cat fight, and the one who was setting up our next appointment, was blatant with her disgust with her coworker. She also was impatient with me. I noticed the workers were annoyed when I wasn't sure which way to exit from our exam room. You do realize I've never been there before, so I may need a little help exiting, right? yeah, I saw your signs everywhere, but it doesn't hurt to be kind. Also, the XRay tech male who was working (tatted up, dark hair) is NOT in the right field. Bro, if you hate being around kids, newsflash: don't work at a children's outpatient clinic. I was very polite, but I'm not stupid, and can sense your irritation a mile away. My kids were perfectly behaved, and he was dismissive and downright rude to them. Bro, get a new job so the patients don't need to interact with you! Seriously. The orthopedic pediatrician we saw was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, prompt. Beautiful facility, just need to find some new staff who work well with... children! :D"

"I’m very unsatisfied with my son’s visit at the hospital that I was waiting 7 months to get in. She told us the problem was untreatable, even though she did not even take a look at the issue. She sent us home after couple minutes. I drove 1 hour and half for them just to tell me that"

"I wish they had better staff at this location. We see the ophthalmologists here and really like the doctors and their techs/assistants. The check-in staff is nice enough, but I've had nothing but negative experiences with the staff at check-out. They act put out to have to assist in checking out and scheduling follow up appointments. I've been shocked more than once by their bad attitudes and unwillingness to do more than the bare minimum, and it's been extra difficult to tolerate when I've come out of appointments where we received bad news. I think I'll skip the check-out desk altogether from now on."

"If you look up Rady's Murrieta it says they open at 7am. Then you call at 7:15am and the recording says they open at 7:30am. Then you call at 7:35am and the recording says they open at 7am. You click the button to make an appointment and they say they are closed and their hours are 7:30am --- and I'm calling at 7:35am. If you can't have precision in the information you're providing to your patients before the appointment then what does that do for our perception of your service for when we arrive for the appointment. This review is only to hopefully have someone notice that the information you're providing on Google and on your voicemail are not accurate and you're not answering your phones when they say they are open."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! They charged me $500 for a new patient “fee” the way they code it your insurance will not cover it. I have tried to resolve it multiple times with the office and can never get anyone on the phone who can help and leave multiple messages and no one will call you back. They are so rude and unhelpful. My bill is almost $700 after insurance for taking my kid in for a cold. Never have I been charged a new patient fee. They are just out for money and the staff does not care to help."
