Legacy at Livermore Apartments

"I thought it would be fun to live downtown so I toured Legacy. I like the location, the apartments - the storage is amazing. I ended up not moving forward as a renter only because I felt it was overpriced. On the other hand, they offer great amenties like a roof top pool and grill area, and a very nice gym. Ultimately, I need to buy a home. It would bee great to have condos like this downtown."

"Start your morning by waking up to a 5am train then head over to your lukewarm shower that you pay 4 different water fees for. If you get home from your job late that sucks bc the $30/mo trash service already left. If your phone dies or you forget it in your apartment you’ll be stranded but no worries you can pay an additional $85 for a fob to have that luxury of entering your own building."

"I moved in on January 8, 2024, and I was warmly welcomed by the most courteous staff: Diane, Faye, Todd and Tyler. The property is gorgeous, and the location is close to everything you could need. I feel very comfortable and safe in my new apartment. Last week I got to meet some of my friendly new neighbors at a paint-night gathering hosted by our wonderful apartment complex, and it was a really fun experience! I'm looking forward to making many new happy memories in my new community at Legacy at Livermore."

"Great location and management is friendly. Maintenance is fast as well. Rent is a bit higher than we’d like. My only complaint is the smartlock system. Without your phone, you can't go anywhere within the building. Not even with your apt key fob."

"UPDATE Ok, I’ve had a chance to live here for a few weeks now. Some things to note (granted I do have higher standards, however it is a LUXURY building. High standards is why I moved here.) The walls/floors/ceilings are very thin. The neighbors are very loud. A lot of stomping around. Yes, I realize we all live close together but this is a very expensive place to live & I expected better. The outside walls as well, the street & train noise is loud. I moved here from across the street, I was closer to the train. It was quieter at my old place. The security is not good. You need an app to access most places. The cell service is awful. So you’re at risk of getting locked out. Then there’s the ceiling fans. They are very loud, like they are out of balance. The staff told me this is how fans are lol Now for the bathroom, the towel bars are set way to low the towels hit the floor. Also the water pressure & temperature. Now here I get it. It’s code. But it just adds to the disappointment. Highly consider before you make this big investment."
