"I applied back in OCTOBER of 2023. I haven’t received a call back at ALL. I call almost everyday, and the women in the office are extremely shady. Everytime I call they say they’d reach back out to me but don’t. I was “interviewed” (they took only my application fee) twice! They didn’t show up for the first time and was late the second. Do NOT put any money down for an application nor for holding. They’re doing some shady business here. I have receipts for my application fee and want a refund for it. Don’t waste one penny on this place. It’s such a waste that newly built apartments are just sitting there. Hopefully they get better managers/employees running the office more efficiently and PROFESSIONALLY."
"I am a very honest person who lives by the benefit of the doubt. I applied to this property in January with an application I received in 2023 for the property. When I submitted my application, I noticed how much turnover they were having in the office. That was unsettling, but I still persisted. Fast forward a couple of days and I was wondering how fast my application could be processed, only to find out someone else has taken over the processing role. Now I was asked to bring documents that the other leasing agents never mentioned. After time had passed, I decided I no longer wanted my application processed and asked for my "holding ' deposit to be returned. Then I was told that it was "nonrefundable". I always read things before I sign, and I completely understood the process. I have been trying to get my "holding" deposit since February 12th. I have reached out to every email address I could find on their website. I will also be contacting legal aid. This is ridiculous. Someone even sent me a new document today 2/15/24, dated 2024 that has verbiage to prevent further applicants from requesting their "holding" deposit. I just want my "holding' deposit back. I am a recent single mother of two children, who lost my partner of 17 years, less than 12 months ago. I'm trying to provide a livable space for my children, not get screwed out of $300. Had I known this was nonrefundable, I would have NEVER applied because I just don't have that kind of money. Ugh, I'm just trying to catch a break!"
"I've had a great experience working with the Ladies in the office. Everyone was very responsive and professional. I am still waiting to see if I am approved. Rather I am approved or not the process has been easy and everything has been explained. If you don't get approved, you are able to get your holding deposit back. Must I add the Property is brand new, nice and clean."
"I helped a person with disabilities apply for a one bedroom and they lost my application twice and she was one of the first ones to apply that day when they opened up and started taking applications. Now they told the person to fill out another application and the rent went from $762 to $1595. because they said they no longer had 30% available. This is so crazy because she doesn’t make a lot of money. Very unorganized and keep changing their stories. Every time we go in to talk to somebody it’s a different person. I helped another person family get their daughter in to a two bedroom and she doesn’t make a lot either and the monthly payment is $1595 which is a different amount for the other person for a one bedroom. There is no consistency with the monthly payments, and I’m starting to think that they’re taking advantage of these people with disabilities, not understanding the process and saying that they don’t have any 30 and 50% left all they have is 60 which is crazy. These people are young adults who want to live on their own and there’s no housing anywhere that is discounted so that they can afford having their own place."
"I was so very excited and happy to finally find a place to accommodate 2 disabled adults. We put down a deposit and holding fee but ultimately was denied for making "to much money" which is absurd. Though the office ladies were kind. I was left confused and heartbroken after being denied."
