"These apartments are really poorly constructed. You will consistently hear your upstairs neighbors stomping loudly, especially if they have kids who run around and it will drive you crazy. People blasting music outside? It will shake your house louder than you hear it outside. Everything echoes throughout the walls. Can the people who own this place make the walls/floors more soundproof? Thank you!"
